CHGPJ command is not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Change Prestart Job (CHGPJ) command is only allowed for prestart jobs that are currently servicing a program start request.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change Prestart Job (CHGPJ) command only for prestart jobs that are currently servicing a program start request. Use the Work with Job (WRKJOB) command to determine if the job is a prestart job.
