CPF1104 Job description not accessible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cannot allocate the job description or the library in which it is found. The job description may be allocated by another user or it may be damaged. The job description is defined in either the work station entry or if the work station entry specifies JOBD(*USRPRF), in the profile associated with the user name.
-- To determine the name of the job description, display the subsystem (WRKSBS command) whose name appears on the sign on prompt, and use the option to display the subsystem description. Display the work station entries for that subsystem description (DSPSBSD command) to find the name of the job description.
Recovery . . . : Damage can be determined by displaying the job description (DSPJOBD command). If damaged, the job description must be deleted (DLTJOBD command) and either created again (CRTJOBD command) or restored (RSTOBJ or RSTLIB command).
-- To determine who has allocated the job description or its library, display the locks on the object (WRKOBJLCK command).
