CPF1114 Maximum jobs active for work station entry.

Cause . . . . . : The subsystem the user is trying to sign on to is at the limit for the number of jobs that can be started. This limit is defined in the work station entry in the subsystem description.
-- Display the subsystem (WRKSBS command) whose name appears on the sign on prompt and select the option to display the subsystem description to get the qualified name of the subsystem description.
Recovery . . . : When the number of jobs for the work station entry decreases, sign on again, or when the subsystem is ended, change the job limit in the work station entry (CHGWSE command).
