Subsystem library list entry &3 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &3 specified as the system library list entry (SYSLIBLE parameter) for subsystem &1 in library &2 was not found. Possible causes are:
-- Library &3 does not exist.
-- Library &3 exists in an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP) that is not part of the ASP group specified by the subsystem description.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Create the library (CRTLIB command).
-- Correct the library name in the subsystem description (CHGSBSD command).
