Shared pool &1 not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Shared pool &1 is in use. The activity level for the pool cannot be changed to or from *DATA at this time.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1. Use the Work with System Status (WRKSYSSTS) command and the Work with Subsystem (WRKSBS) command to determine how the pool is being used.
2. End the subsystems (ENDSBS command) or vary off the NWSDs (VRYCFG command) using the shared pool.
3. Submit the request again.
