Subsystem &1 cannot start autostart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Group profile &5 cannot be allocated.
Recovery . . . : Display the locks currently held for group profile &5 (WRKOBJLCK command). Wait until the group profile is available (there are no *EXCL locks held for the group profile) and do the following: 1) End subsystem &1 (ENDSBS command). 2) Once the subsystem has ended start the subsystem again (STRSBS command).
