Subsystem &1 cannot start auto-start job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user name in the job description &3 in library &4 is not authorized to the subsystem.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer grant *USE authority (GRTOBJAUT command) for the subsystem description, to the user profile specified in the job description. To start the job, end the subsystem (ENDSBS command), and then start it again (STRSBS command).
