&1 cannot be larger than &6M.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The machine pool size &8 megabytes and the minimum base pool size &9 megabytes and the size of other active pools cannot be larger than the main storage size &7 megabytes.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command or the Work with System Value (WRKSYSVAL) command to change the size of the machine pool (QMCHPOOL), or change the size of the base pool (QBASPOOL).
-- Use the change shared pool (CHGSHRPOOL) command or the Work with Shared Pool (WRKSHRPOOL) command to change the size of the *MACHINE pool.
-- Use the Change Subsystem Description (CHGSBSD) command to change the size of one of the other pools.
