Library QSYS not found in library list.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system value for the system part of the library list (QSYSLIBL) is being changed and QSYS was not found in the new list. QSYS is the system library and cannot be removed from the system part of the library list.
Recovery . . . : Add library QSYS to the list of libraries for the new system part of the library list and try the request again.
