Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : User profile &5 in the prestart job entry for program &3 in library &4 is not authorized to the subsystem.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer grant *USE authority (GRTOBJAUT command) for the subsystem description to the user profile specified in the prestart job entry. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
