Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Prestart job for program &3 in library &4 cannot be started because user profile &5 specified in the entry is not authorized to output queue &6 in library &7. The user must be authorized to both the output queue and its library.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer or the object owner grant *ADD authority (GRTOBJAUT command) to the output queue and *EXECUTE authority to the output queue library. Wait until message CPC0905 is shown on the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue, indicating the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
