Subsystem &1 cannot start prestart job &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A prestart job for program &3 in library &4 cannot be started because there are duplicate entries in the library list for &7. The library is in both the user portion and the system portion of the library list.
Recovery . . . : Display the initial library list specified in job description &5 in &6 in the prestart job entry. Then display the system value for the system library list (DSPSYSVAL QSYSLIBL). Remove libraries from the job description that are also found in the system library list (CHGJOBD command). Wait until message CPC0905 appears on the QSYSOPR message queue, indicating that the entry is no longer active. To start new jobs, enter the Start Prestart Jobs (STRPJ) command.
