Error with device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred with a communications device. The device name is &1. This may be the result of a communications conversation that ended abnormally.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the failing Systems Network Architecture (SNA) devices and then vary them on again (VRYCFG command). If an SNA device fails to vary on, display the messages in the job log using the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to determine the reason for the failure. Correct any errors and try the request again.
If the device still does not vary on, determine the subsystem that detected the device error. Try ending and restarting the subsystem with the End Subsystem (ENDSBS) and Start Subsystem (STRSBS) commands, and then vary on the device again.
If this does not correct the problem, it may be necessary to IPL the system (PWRDWNSYS command).
