Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Recovery from a previous error failed. The work station is not usable; therefore, the subsystem varied work station &3 off.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to find the status of the device, controller, and line. Vary the device, controller, or line off and on again, if necessary. Dial the switched connections again, if necessary.
