CPF1297 JOBD(*USRPRF) specified but profile defines no JOBD.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Work station entry specifies that the job description be defined in the user profile under which the user is running. User profile has JOBD(*NONE).
Recovery . . . : Either sign on with a password whose profile defines a valid job description, have the security officer change the user profile (CHGUSRPRF command), or after the subsystem has been ended, have the work station entry changed to the name of an authorized job description (CHGWSE command).
