System accounting journal cannot receive data; reason &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system accounting journal QACGJRN in library QSYS cannot receive accounting data.
Reason codes and their meanings follow:
-- 1)The journal could not be found.
-- 2)The attached journal receiver has insufficient space for the entry.
-- 3)The journal is damaged.
-- 4)The journal receiver that is attached to the journal is damaged.
-- 5)The journal sequence number has exceeded the maximum allowed value.
-- 6,8,9)Journal failure.
-- 10)A Change Journal (CHGJRN) to attach a new journal receiver is required for this journal, before entries can be journaled.
Recovery . . . : First, end accounting by changing the accounting level system value (QACGLVL) to *NONE (CHGSYSVAL command). Then, based on the reason code, perform one of the following to correct the error:
-- 1) If the journal could not be found, create the journal receiver (CRTJRNRCV command) and then create the QACGJRN journal (CRTJRN command) into the QSYS library.
-- 2 and 5) If the journal receiver has insufficient space or the journal sequence number exceeded the maximum allowed value (reason 5), change the attached journal receiver (CHGJRN command) and reset the sequence number if necessary.
-- 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9) If the condition cannot be corrected by changing the attached journal receiver, or if the journal or journal receiver require recovery, do the necessary recovery (WRKJRN command).
-- 10) Change the attached journal receiver (CHGJRN command).
Finally, start accounting by changing the accounting level system value (QACGLVL) to select the desired accounting level (CHGSYSVAL command).
