Message queue &1 in &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 in library &2 was not found. Possible causes are:
-- The message queue does not exist.
-- The message queue exists but is in an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP). The message queue must exist in the system ASP or in a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Either change the message queue name or the library name specified for the message queue (MSGQ parameter), or create a message queue with the Create Message Queue (CRTMSGQ) command. Then try the request again.
