DSCJOB command not allowed at this device.

Cause . . . . . : The job &3/&2/&1 is currently running in a subsystem where the workstation entry in the subsystem description specifies *ENTER for the Allocation (AT) parameter, or 0 for the Maximum active jobs (MAXACT) parameter. Since the subsystem cannot show the Sign On display for this workstation, the Disconnect Job (DSCJOB) command is not allowed.
