Active subsystem description may or may not be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A change to the active subsystem description (CHGSBSD command) &1 in library &2 was tried. The condition of the subsystem description is not predictable.
Recovery . . . : Display the subsystem description (DSPSBSD command) to determine if any errors need correcting or if partial changes need to be made. Make any corrections necessary and then try the request again.
