Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have the proper authority to use job schedule entry &3 number &4. You must either have job control (*JOBCTL) authority or else be the same user that added the job schedule entry.
Recovery . . . : Either have the user who added the entry try the request again, or contact your security officer to obtain the correct authority and try your request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This job schedule entry was added by user &5.
