Both scheduled date and time must be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job &3/&2/&1 is not currently scheduled. Therefore, if the job is to become scheduled, then both the scheduled date and scheduled time fields must be specified. Otherwise both fields must be ingnored.
Recovery . . . : Change the scheduled date or the scheduled time, and try the request again.
