First command must be //BCHJOB command.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- The Batch Job (BCHJOB) command is missing.
-- The command is not preceded by // in columns 1 and 2.
-- The job stream is out of sequence.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the job again.
