Cannot allocate one or more libraries.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library is in use by another process.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages to obtain the library name. Use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to display which process has the library locked. Try the command again when the library is available.
