Balance function running for ASP &1 with name &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The auxiliary storage pool (ASP) disk balance function is either currently running or has not run to completion. The ASP number is &1. The ASP name is &2.
Recovery . . . : Either clear the trace data by specifying the Trace ASP Balance (TRCASPBAL SET(*CLEAR)) command, end the balance function by specifying the End ASP Balance (ENDASPBAL) command, or specify a different ASP and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Once the balance function has run to completion or the trace data has been cleared, the trace function is allowed to run again.
