CPF18C1 - System value cannot be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system value specified is one that is currently prevented from being changed.
Recovery . . . : Use the Start Service Tools (STRSST) command, select the option to work with system security, and enable security related system values to be changed. Once the system value has been changed, return to the option in Start Service Tools to work with system security, and change the value back to prevent security related system values from being changed. See the Security topic in the Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for the list of system values which can be prevented from being changed.
