Job can not be interrupted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job &3/&2/&1 can not be interrupted. The reason code is &4. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The system does not allow job interrupts.
2 -- Job interrupt status does not allow interrupts.
3 -- The job is currently running an uninterruptible operation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code shown, and then try the request again.
1 -- Use the Change System Value (CHGSYSVAL) command to change the value of the QALWJOBITP system value to a value that allows jobs to be interrupted.
2 -- Use the Change Job Interrupt Status (QWCCJITP) API to change the interrupt status for this job to allow interrupts.
3 -- Try the request again.
