ODV number &3 not found in program &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ODV number specified for a variable, basing pointer, or subscript does not exist in the program. The wrong program may have been used to find the variable.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to specify the correct ODV number, and use the PGM parameter to specify the correct program. Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For the Change High-Level Language Pointer (CHGHLLPTR) command, an ODV number is only correct for a subscript value.
