ODV number &3 for variable is not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ODV number value specified for a variable, basing pointer, or subscript is either an length which is not correct or contains hexadecimal digits which are not correct.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to change the ODV number to contain one to four hexadecimal digits. Correct hexadecimal digits are A through F and 0 through 9. Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A program variable name that begins with a slash is assumed to be an ODV number. For the Change High-Level Language Pointer (CHGHLLPTR) command, an ODV number is only correct as a subscript value. The ODV number is &3 is not correct.
