STRDBG is not allowed because job is being serviced.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Start Debug (STRDBG) command was run in a job that is being serviced. A serviced job is not allowed to debug itself.
Recovery . . . : Enter the STRDBG command from the servicing job. If you want to debug from this job, enter End Service Job (ENDSRVJOB) command from the servicing job, so that this job is no longer being serviced.
