Pointer not allowed for variable &3 in program &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The variable that is not declared based is &3. A variable or basing pointer is not based.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- If the variable was not specified as a basing pointer, use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to remove all basing pointers.
-- If the variable was specified as a basing pointer, use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to remove any pointer names that appear ahead of it in the basing pointer list.
