Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to access a location that is not in the user domain. The variable or a basing pointer required to locate variable &3 in program &1 refers to a location that is not in the user domain.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that all basing pointers refer to locations in the user domain.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If no basing pointers were specified on the command, the variable is declared based on some pointer that caused the error. A variable that is based on a pointer may refer to a location not in the user domain.
