Test cannot run in switched network backup mode.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The test request has been rejected because the DCE is operating in switched network backup mode. This will occur if TEST(*ANZLIN) or TEST(*SNDRCV) is specified and the DCE is operating in two-wire mode.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different test for the TEST parameter and try the VFYLNKLPDA command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The sense byte error code is &4.
