Cause . . . . . : The system service tools and the Run Link Problem Determination Aid-2 (RUNLPDA) command cannot both be active within the same job.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Run RUNLPDA from a different job.
-- End the system service tools and try the RUNLPDA command again.
