Power scheduler and cleanup options not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user index, QEZPWRCLN in QUSRSYS, that stores the power on/off schedule and the cleanup options may have been deleted.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Power on and off schedule option on the Power On and Off Tasks (POWER) menu to verify the user index has not been deleted. If the user index has been deleted, displaying the power on/off schedule will create the user index.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The same scheduler is used for powering on and off and cleanup. The scheduler is activated when cleanup is started using the Start Cleanup (STRCLNUP) command. You should verify that cleanup is started (WRKJOB QPGMR/QSYSSCD) and use the STRCLNUP command to start it if necessary.
