Cause . . . . . : Library &1 specified on the JOBQ parameter of the Change Cleanup (CHGCLNUP) command does not exist. This job queue is used when starting or changing cleanup.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change Cleanup (CHGCLNUP) command to specify the correct library name, and then try your request again.
