Cause . . . . . : The status of &1 has to be one of the following in order for it to be renamed:
-- Unavailable
-- Stopped (for a printer device)
-- Available to use (for a display, tape, or diskette device, or a controller or line)
-- Available to connect
-- Sign On display
Recovery . . . : Try the request again when &1 has the correct status.
