Cause . . . . . : You specified &1 as a value in the list of user profile names. This value is not valid for one of the following reasons:
-- You specified a user name that is not enrolled on the system
-- You do not have *JOBCTL special authority which is required to use special values *ALL and *ALLACT
Recovery . . . : Correct the list of user profile names specifying user profile names that are valid on this system, including special value *SYSOPR. If you have *JOBCTL special authority, special values *ALL and *ALLACT are also valid.
