Library &1 locked.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &1 in auxiliary storage pool (ASP) &2, ASP device &3, is locked. Library validation could not be performed because the library is currently in use by another job.
Recovery . . . : Determine which process has library &1 locked (WRKOBJLCK command) and end that job (ENDJOB command), or wait until it no longer holds the lock on library &1. All locks on library &1 must be released before you try the request again. Then, run the RCLSTG command again.
