No specified objects can be displayed from library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the library cannot be searched because it is locked, damaged or has object information that cannot be accessed or the user is not authorized to specified objects.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- If the libraries are damaged, IPL the system.
-- Delete (DLTLIB command) and then restore it again (RSTLIB command).
-- Wait until the library is no longer locked.
-- Ask the security officer for authority to the specified object.
