Creation of library &3 not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &3 cannot be created because a rename object (RNMOBJ command) of library &2 to library name &1 is being processed. The rename object is either currently being processed or was interrupted during the rename object.
Recovery . . . : If the rename object was interrupted, either process another rename object command of library &2 to library name &1 or process an IPL of the system which will complete the rename object operation.
