User library list limited to 25 libraries.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of libraries in the user part of the library list is limited to 25 when all of the following conditions are met:
-- A data area named QLMTUSRLIB is found in the library list during job initiation.
-- The data area is of TYPE(*CHAR).
-- The first character of the data area has a value of '1'.
Recovery . . . : The limit of libraries in the user part of the library list cannot be changed for the current job. To allow 250 libraries in the user part of the library list for new jobs, do one of the following:
-- Remove the library where the QLMTUSRLIB data area resides from the library list.
-- Delete data area QLMTUSRLIB from the library where it resides.
-- Change the first character of data in the QLMTUSRLIB data area to a value other than '1'.
-- Create data area QLMTUSRLIB in a library which is in the library list before the library where QLMTUSRLIB was currently found. Change the first character of the data area to '0'.
