Library &1 cannot be created into ASP &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &1 cannot be created into ASP device name (ASPDEV) because it is not a primary or secondary auxiliary storage pool (ASP).
Recovery . . . : Change the ASP device name (ASPDEV). Then try the CRTLIB command again.
