Library &1 cannot be created into ASPDEV &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library &1 can only be created into primary auxiliary storage pool (ASP) number &4. ASP device name (ASPDEV) &2 corresponds to ASP number &3.
Recovery . . . : Change the specified library (LIB) or ASP device name (ASPDEV). Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message is sent when library QRCLxxxxx or QRPLxxxxx is to be created into an auxiliary storage pool, and the ASP number xxxxx in the library name does not match the ASP number in the command request.
