*NOPWD not allowed for current user.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user name specified for the user parameter is the currently running user, and *NOPWD was specified for the password parameter. *NOPWD is not allowed for the password if the user name is the name of the currently running user.
Recovery . . . : Change the user name or change the password. The password can be changed to either *NOPWDCHK or the current user's password. Try the request again.
