Authority *AUTLMGT allowed only if object type is *AUTL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Check Object (CHKOBJ) command was used to verify that the user has *AUTLMGT authority to an object. The object being checked is not an authorization list (object type *AUTL). *AUTLMGT authority can only be given to users on authorization lists, so it can be checked for only users on authorization lists.
Recovery . . . : Either specify object type *AUTL or an authority other than *AUTLMGT. Then try the command again.
