Starting profile option must be 0 or 1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The starting profile option was not a 0 or 1.
Recovery . . . : To have the starting profile name returned if an exact match for the name is found, pass 1 for the starting profile match option. To have the starting profile name skipped if an exact match for the name is found, pass 0 for the starting profile match option.
