Message file &1 in &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified one of the following:
-- A message file name that is not correct.
-- A message file that does not exist in the specified library.
-- A library name that is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Correct or change the message file name or the library name in the message file (MSGF) parameter.
-- Create the message file using the Create Message File (CRTMSGF) command.
