Substitution variable number must be 1 through 99.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In the MSG or SECLVL parameter, an ampersand was found immediately followed by a number that was not in the range 1 to 99. The number following the ampersand must be 1 through 99.
Recovery . . . : Change the number to a value in the range of 1 to 99 or add a space after the ampersand.
