Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The size of the message selection information parameter value specified, &1, is not large enough to contain all the information required in the message selection information parameter, or the offset values in the message selection information parameter do not point to locations within the specified size.
Recovery . . . : Correct the value for the size of the message selection information parameter, or correct the offset values within the message selection information parameter and try the request again.
