Cause . . . . . : You specified a message key of *TOP and a message type of &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a different message key value.
-- Change the message type to *NEXT. A message type of *NEXT is required when *TOP is specified for the message key.
